Arrangement of the M1762 DP
Besides excellent introductory material, this DP provides a table of contents for each of the 45 rolls of microfilm which allows the researcher to determine which roll of film will contain the files for a specific West Virginia claimant. The records are arranged alphabetically by county, then within that county, alphabetically by name of claimant.
