Mississippi Freedman Marriage Record

The marriage record of William and Mary J. Ballinger, shown below, is an example of a Mississippi marriage record sent to the headquarters of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands in Washington, D.C. which is included in microfilm set M1875. This microfilm set, part of the Julius K.
