Series 2 Example, Alphabetical Order

Series two of this microfilm set, rolls 23-27, covers the period 3 Jan 1860 through 31 Dec 1919. It is an index produced at a later date (not at the time each vessel arrived) as a standard index. The document to the left is an example of a register for the letter "I" in August 1874.
