Holy Cross Lutheran Church 1858- 2650 Miami St. Louis, Missouri 63118 Located in South St. Louis with Lutheran Medical Center, Concordia Seminary and still to this day, Concordia Publishing House nearby. Holy Cross was originally established as a subsidiary of Trinity Church, the "mother church" of Lutheran churches in the St. Louis area. This "Generalgemeinde" included four district churches, the congregations of Trinity, Holy Cross, Immanuel and Zion. These congregations became independent in 1887.
