In
1861 the minister from Des Peres
began to serve the families in
this area periodically. After
1866 St.
Paul's was served by the pastor
from St. John's in Ellisville.
In 1883 the congregation was
officially organized and in 1922
it finally became independent of
St. John's with its own pastor.
