Trinity Lutheran's origins
start in 1862 as one of five
school districts of Immanuel
Lutheran Church in the city of
St. Charles. In 1876 Trinity
formally severed their fillial
relationship with Immanuel and
formed their own church in the
area earlier called "Point
Prairie."
