Notes
regarding Volume 2, Nos. 301-600
Several declarations
contained handwritten notes
stating
that duplicate copies were made in
following years. The declarations
containing these notations are included
in the index for this volume. There are
three declarations that are marked
void because they are residents of
Illinois. These were still included.
There was one declaration which had an
attached letter explaining that it was
cancelled, due to the person being
deported. This was included. Many declarations listed in the index only had
an initial as a first name. We have
filled in the first name in our index
using the signature as a guide. An
asterisk (*) denotes spelling taken from
the signature which differed from name
in index.
