sponsored or co-sponsored by St. Louis County Library or will be
given by Special Collections staff members. An
"Off-site"
note is added for each presentation scheduled at any location other
than St. Louis
County Library Headquarters.

Collections are offered at 10:30 a.m. on the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Saturday of
each month. Come to the Reference Desk in the department. No reservations are
needed. Since the tour includes two other floors, an elevator is available if
needed.

Collections which can help you determine if a person served in the Civil
War, and if he did, how to find his military records. You are invited to
bring information about your potential soldier for a brainstorming
lottery at the end of class. If your person is selected by a random
drawing, we will brainstorm to suggest potential avenues of research. |
