Branch History

The Tesson Ferry Branch opened on June 30, 1958. It has been a busy, popular branch throughout its existence. Three separate renovations in 1962, 1976 and 1993 nearly doubled the size of the branch to its present size. The 1993 renovation provided greater accessibility for the elderly and disabled. A computer lab was added in 2001.
