If you have not received a response to your question within 48 hours, it may be because your AOL Mail account is blocking messages sent by Library.   If you think this has happened, you can contact the Library's Reference Department at (314) 994-3300 to follow-up on the response to your question.  

In the future, if you want the Library's Reference Department to respond to your questions via E-mail, you have a couple options:

• You can adjust your AOL Mail's Spam Filter settings to allow messages sent by Library. E-mail addresses to be allowed are: @slcl.org and @slcl.org.  Please contact AOL if you need help changing your Spam Filter settings.
  
  

• Or, in the body of your E-mail message, include an alternative E-mail address, such as, Yahoo or Hotmail, where Reponses can be sent.
