Research Guidelines

• We will answer chat, e-mail and telephone questions that require limited research, such as confirming a date, looking up a phone number or finding articles on a specific topic. Please visit your local library for help with questions requiring in-depth research.
• We cannot answer legal or medical questions requiring more than a simple definition.
• E-mail messages are checked once a day when the library is open.
• Inappropriate behavior or use of profanity will result in the termination of your phone call or chat session.
• We respond to questions within 48 hours.
