If you are trying to return an eBook through Amazon, you may run into issues if you are using Internet Explorer. The option to 'Return this book' is not accessible when you hover over the Actions tab. I've chatted with Amazon and this is a known issue.  They are working to resolve it.  In the meantime, the 'Return this book' option works in other browsers (i.e. Chrome, Firefox).
