Fables
Metro Theater Company presents a set of brand new fables by one
of America's most imaginative playwrights introduces young audiences
to a colorful cast of a
nimal
characters. Each story end with a very simple - and utterly
unpredictable - moral: Eat your vegetables. Share. Don't count on
your looks. Thinking fast beats running fast. When you love
somebody, say no. Colleen Neuman's Fables is a great way to
spark interest in the literary form and inspire students to write
their own! Recommended for all ages.

Metro
Theater Company presents New Kid
Back by popular demand, New Kid tells the story of Nick, a newcomer
to this country. As he struggles to learn the language, find his fit
with different customs, and make new friends, Nick's struggle with a
bully named Mug really puts him to the test. Dennis Foon's
imaginative script uses an invented gibberish language to help
audiences identify with the difficulty of Nick's experience in this
new place. Recommend for all ages.
