Business firms and institutions within the St. Louis County Library District may be issued a
business card provided that an officer with the authority to do so signs as
guarantor.
The business card entitles the business to full borrowing privileges. Business cards are valid for one year
from the end of the month during which the card was issued.
The applicant for a business
card must complete a responsibility form and provide a signed letter on company
stationary accepting responsibility for fines, loses, and damages. A personal
business card cannot be used to borrow material or to provide company
verification.
