How It Works:

1. Sign up for the teen summer reading club starting May 12 at your local branch.

2. Keep track of your reading online or pick up a log sheet at any SLCL location. Books, magazines, graphic novels and audiobooks all count!

3. When you complete a level, visit a branch to collect your reward. 

The summer reading club ends Saturday, August 2. Prizes must be redeemed by Saturday, August 9.

Create a unique piece of artwork to wear or share with friends. Feel free to bring your own pictures or use materials provided. Ages 12-18. Registration required.

Rock Road Branch

A safe, structured program to improve academic performance and offer enrichment activities for students, ages 8-15, during after school hours. Students may not participate without an application form signed by their parent or guardian.

Join us for an energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is going to get you moving! This workout is perfect for everyone at any fitness level. Workout and tone your entire body doing low and high impact moves.

Comic book fans assemble! Superhero-sci-fi-zombie-anime-fantasy fans will over take the Tesson Ferry branch. Powers will be tested at the arcade, comic design workshop and so much more. Dress as your favorite superhero or fantasy character and interface with friends... or foes. Are you ready to show off your fandom?

Tired of the regular tie-dying method that always looks the same? Want to get more creative and detailed? You will be amazed at what you can create with a Sharpie and a white t-shirt. T-shirts will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Ages 12-18. Registration required.
