Special Screening of "The American Revolution"
Join other history buffs to watch a special pre-release of the new PBS documentary "The American Revolution," a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein and David Schmidt. Two branches are hosting screenings on November 11. An opportunity for discussion will follow the screening. Popcorn will be served. Recommended for adults.

St. Louis Storytelling Festival
St. Louis County Library will host the 46th annual St. Louis Storytelling Festival from November 10-16. The festival will include performances by nine nationally renowned storytellers, along with a variety of other programs and presenters. This year’s line-up includes vibrant Indigenous storytelling, beloved folktales from around the world, compelling personal stories and more. There are 25 total events planned, all are free and open to the public.

Write It Out Challenge

RECA Information Session
SLCL is hosting a virtual RECA Information Session on Tuesday, October 28. The program provides an overview of RECA, including who may qualify and how to submit a claim form. The program is presented with St. Louis County, Just Moms STL and the office of Josh Hawley. Additional information on submitting a RECA application, including a list of resources, is available at www.slcl.org/reca.
