#1 Bestselling Suspense Writer John Sandford Presents a New Teen Series

The St. Louis County Library Foundation’s Reading Garden Event Series is pleased to present is pleased to present acclaimed suspense author John Sandford and his co-author Michele Cook for a discussion and signing of “Uncaged: “The Singular Menace,  Book 1,” the first installment in a new thriller series for young adults. Sandford will also discuss his latest adult crime novel, “Field of Prey.”
The event will take place on Monday, July 14, at 7:00 p.m. at Library Headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd. The program is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at the event from Left Bank Books. The event is co-sponsored by Maryville University. 
John Sandford is known to mystery and thriller fans as the #1 New York Times-bestselling author of the Prey and Virgil Flowers detective novels. Now, just in time for summer, he, and his writing partner Michele Cook, have penned a young adult thriller. “Uncaged” marks the debut of the pair’s high-octane series: The Singular Menace.
Odin Remby is a 17-year-old foster kid, a computer genius with borderline Asperger’s who is obsessed with animals.
