Hatha Yoga

Looking to attain a healthy mind and body? Join instructor San Mueller for a session of hatha yoga. This program uses postures to increase flexibility, strength and agility. All skill levels are welcome to participate. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or floor towel. Meeting Room 1.
