The St. Louis County Library Foundation will hold its annual Starcatchers Gala on Saturday, September 20, at Library Headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Tickets for the event are $225 per person. Proceeds will fund youth programming.
The gala begins with a cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m., followed by a seated dinner at 7:00 p.m. The evening will include an oral auction. KSDK NewChannel 5 anchor Art Holliday will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Bestselling western suspense author Craig Johnson will provide the post-dinner entertainment. Attendees are invited to wear cocktail or elegant western attire.
Two awards will be presented as part of the evening’s festivities. The Starcatcher’s Award will be awarded to a business or individual dedicated to bettering the library. The Foundation will also present the Sidney Johnson Learning Award for outstanding library service by a teen.
