Determined to give their own kids better heroes to emulate, bestselling author Brad Meltzer and award-winning illustrator Christopher Eliopoulos created the Ordinary People Change the World Series to help kids build character, kindness, and compassion, one real hero at a time. 

Join Brad and Chris for a celebration of the 40th book in the series, “We Are the Wright Brothers!” Orville and Wilbur Wright always loved figuring out how things work, and from the day they received a toy wind-up helicopter as kids, they were especially focused on solving the puzzle of flight. Eventually that curiosity, combined with lots of hard work, led to an invention that changed the world: the first successful airplane!

A signing and photo line will follow the authors’ talk. 

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Seating is limited; early arrival is highly recommended. This event is free and open to the public.
