Better Choices, Better Health Diabetes

This 8-week workshop by OASIS can help you deal with the challenges of type 2 diabetes. Understand how to make healthy food choices enjoyable, monitor your blood sugar, and start an exercise program. Participants attend each week and receive a free book and relaxation CD to keep. Call Missouri Baptist Medical Center at 314-996-LIFE (5433) to register.
