Drink to Your Health: A Non-Alcoholic Beer Tasting and Stroke Prevention Experience

Using library resources, we will introduce the benefits of non-alcoholic beers, including the reduced calorie count and lowered risk of alcohol-related health issues, learn about ways to maintain a healthy heart, and reduce the risk of stroke. Next, we will sample a variety of non-alcoholic beers, discussing their unique flavor profiles, ingredients and heart healthy snack and food pairings. In honor of American Stroke Awareness Month.
