Walk With Ease

Meet under the supervision of a walking leader trained according to guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. Each walk begins with a discussion related to exercise followed by stretching and strengthening, a walk and a cool down. This low-impact walk is designed for seniors of all fitness levels.
