By registering and participating in the Library’s virtual program, you understand that the video and audio content is streamed to other participants if your microphone or video camera are on. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to participate and anyone age 9 or younger must have direct adult supervision for the duration of the program.

Meet under the supervision of a walking leader trained according to guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. Each walk begins with a discussion related to exercise followed by stretching and strengthening, a walk and a cool down. This low-impact walk is designed for seniors of all fitness levels.

Come to our series focusing on a different planet and sign each month! If you have an iPad, a tablet, laptop, or a smartphone please bring it. Also bring your time, date, and location of birth so you can use an online tool to create your chart and start to interpret it and transits too!
