A Matter of Balance

This 8-week evidence based workshop by OASIS explores factors that can lead to a fall and practical tips to keep yourself on your feet. Improved flexibility and range of motion with stretches and light movements are introduced in the third class. Participants attend each week and will receive a free workbook to keep.
