St. Louis Area Volunteer Fair Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in the St. Louis Area Volunteer Fair, hosted by the St. Louis County Library. The 2026 Volunteer Fair took place on Monday, March 23 at the Clark Family Branch. We are fortunate to have many wonderful local organizations interested in participating, and we plan to host a third annual Volunteer Fair in 2027.

To be considered for future volunteer fairs at the St. Louis County Library, please take a moment to complete this interest form.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee placement at the fair. The library reserves the right to approve or deny any organization’s request to participate in the volunteer fair at its sole discretion.
