Presented by Barnes Jewish Hospital - Injury PreventionThis 8-week course emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions

This 7-week workshop is for anyone living with a chronic condition like arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, stroke or asthma. Join us to learn how to cope with the common symptoms and frustrations of living with a chronic illness and improve your quality of life. Participants receive a book and relaxation CD to keep.

Operation Food Search will provide free lunches to children at select SLCL locations this summer, Monday-Friday. Stop by and enjoy a nutritious lunch along with some activities for kids. Pizza will be provided on Fridays. Meals will be available free of charge for children ages 0-18.Groups, please contact hosting branch at least 24 hours prior to attending so that the proper amount of meals may be ordered.
