The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the: email marketing services (the “Project”) for the Library District. 
 
All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.T., on MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2014.  
 
Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention Jennifer McBride, Communications Manager.

and instructions for this Project.
 
All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on December 4th, 2014.

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the: Transportation of Library Collections to/from Temporary Storage During Branch Renovations (the “Project”) at nine locations of the Library District including the following: Indian Trails, Jamestown Bluffs, Rock Road, Weber Road, Cliff Cave, Natural Bridge, Oak Bend, Prairie Commons, Samuel Sachs (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). Please visit each Library District Location to take measurements and review field conditions. See the attached schedule marked Attachment “A”. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project. 
 
A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, November 19 at 1:30pm CST at St. Louis County Library, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis MO 63131. 
 
All Bids are due no later than 1:00 P.M. CST, on Thursday December 4, 2014.
 
Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Rock Road Branch at 10267 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann MO 63074, Attention: Steve Hunter, Construction Manager (c/o Connie Dee, Branch Manager).

Request for Bids - Sachs Branch County Library - Jai Nagarkatti | Monsanto Reading Garden Project (pdf, 39k)

The St. Louis County Library Foundation hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for the “Jai Nagarkatti | Monsanto Reading Garden Project” will be received by the St. Louis County Library Foundation, at the Sachs Branch of the St. Louis County Library, Attn: Marsha Ramey, Branch Manager, 16400 Burkhardt Pl. Chesterfield, MO 63017, until 2 p.m. on Thursday Dec 4, 2014. All bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Bids should be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. No late or faxed bids will be considered. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.
 
All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked “Jai Nagarkatti | Monsanto Reading Garden Project.”
 
Bid packages are available for review starting November 20, 2014 at Dodge Reports Plan Room, 
McGraw Hill Construction Dodge/AGC, 6330 Knox Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63139 and Mo-Kan, 4144 Lindell #315, St. Louis, MO 63101. Bidders may obtain copies of bid documents at County Blue, 1449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144 for the non-refundable cost of reproduction.
 
A five (5) percent bid security in the form specified must accompany each bid. A Performance Bond shall be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid prior to signing the contract.
 
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the project site. Bidder questions will be accepted, in writing only, until December 1, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. Questions shall be emailed to: Carrie Coyne, at Carriec@swtdesign.com.
 
The Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any technicalities in bidding and to accept thebid more advantageous to the Foundation.
