The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the: Transportation of Library Collections to and from Temporary Storage During Branch Renovations (the “Project”) at seven locations of the Library District including the following: Bridgeton Trails, Daniel Boone, Florissant Valley, Grand Glaize, Meramec Valley, Mid-County, and Thornhill (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). Please visit each Library District Location to take measurements and review field conditions. See the attached schedule marked Attachment “A”. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project.

All Bids are due no later than 4:00pm CDT, on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters Branch at:

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be directed via email only to: Steve Hunter at shunter@slcl.org in accordance with this Invitation for Bid. See “Bid Requirements – #6”.

A bidder shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked:
“Bid for Moving Services Phase 2, attn: Steve Hunter” 

Bidders must bid on the complete Project.

It is anticipated that the Selection Committee will make a recommendation to the Director in order for the Bids to be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at their August 15, 2016 meeting.

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the: service of pest control (the “Project”) at all twenty locations of the Library District including the following: Lewis & Clark, Jamestown Bluffs, Grant’s View, Indian Trails, Weber Road, Rock Road, Samuel Sachs, Oak Bend, Natural Bridge, Prairie Commons, Cliff Cave, Daniel Boone, Bridgeton Trails, Florissant Valley, Eureka Hills, Mid-County, Meramec Valley, Thornhill, Grand Glaize, and Library Headquarters in Ladue (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and tables. 

All Bids are due no later than 12:30 P.M. C.T., on August 5th, 2016. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Jeff Krus.

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the: service of delivering custodial supplies to twenty locations of the Library District including the following: Lewis & Clark, Jamestown Bluffs, Grant’s View, Indian Trails, Weber Road, Rock Road, Samuel Sachs, Oak Bend, Natural Bridge, Prairie Commons, Cliff Cave, Daniel Boone, Bridgeton Trails, Florissant Valley, Eureka Hills, Mid-County, Meramec Valley, Thornhill, Grand Glaize, and Library Headquarters in Ladue (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). Bidders are responsible for examination of all specifications, tables and instructions for the Project.

All Bids are due no later than 3:30 P.M. C.T., on August 8th, 2016. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Jeff Krus, Facilities Specialist.

The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.
