Digital Signage - RFP (PDF, 101k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposal from qualified businesses for: Digital Signage (the “Project”), a digital signage solution for seven of the St. Louis County Library branches.  Deployments to an additional five branches will be made over the next twelve months with the possibility of eight additional branches beyond that. 
 
All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on April 28th, 2015. 
 
Please deliver the completed Proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposal to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Gib Van Cleve, Assistant Director, ITS.  
 
To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposal, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be submitted per the directions in Section 6 under the “Proposal Requirements” listed in this document.  Please refer to Exhibit A for the tentative schedule and timeline of this Project. 
 
A bidder shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposal and deliver the completed Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Digital Signage RFP.”
The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.
 
 

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for Signage Fabrication & Installation (the “Project”) at different locations of the Library District including the following: Cliff Cave, Grant’s View, Indian Trails, Jamestown Bluffs, Lewis & Clark, Natural Bridge, Oak Bend, Prairie Commons, Rock Road, Samuel C. Sachs, Weber Road (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). See the attached drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions marked Attachment “A”. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project. Fabrication and installation of signs will be split into two distinct phases as specified in Attachment A. The successful bidder will receive direction from the Library District prior to fabricating the second phase of signs. 

All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.T., on  TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2015. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, Missouri, 63131, Attention Eric Button, Assistant Director, Branch Services. 

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to e​button@slcl.org in accordance with this Invitation for Bid. 

A bidder shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Signage Fabrication & Installation.” Bidders must bid on all Library District Locations for the Project. 

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the May 18, 2015 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director. 

The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District. 

 
 

Self-Service Scanning and Faxing -  RFP (pdf, 98k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposal from qualified businesses for: Self-Service Scanning and Faxing (the “Project”), a scanning and faxing solution to be deployed initially at twelve locations of the St. Louis County Library, with possible expansion to additional locations in the future.  With the exception of St. Louis County Library Headquarters, all initial purchases and deployments will coincide with the completion of construction or renovation projects.  Please refer to Exhibit A for details of the tentative implementation schedule by location.

All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on June 4, 2015.
