Shelving and/or Furniture Phase 2A Projects (pdf, 95k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District is accepting bids pursuant to this Request for Bid from qualified businesses for Shelving and/or Furniture for the following branches:

  • Daniel Boone Branch – DB – (300 Clarkson Rd, Ellisville)
  • Bridgeton Trails Branch – BT – (3455 McKelvey Road, Bridgeton)
  • Florissant Valley Branch – FV – (195 New Florissant Rd, Florissant)

Bidders are responsible for examination of all the documents and requirements for the Project.

All Bids are due no later than 3:00 P.M. C.T., on Friday, January 27, 2017.

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the February 6, 2017 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.


Colocation Services (pdf, 289k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposal from qualified businesses for: Colocation Services (the “Project”).

All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on February 15th, 2017.

Please deliver the completed Proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposal to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Gib Van Cleve, Assistant Director, ITS.

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposal, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be submitted per the directions in Section 6 under the “Proposal Requirements” listed in this document.

A proposer shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposal and deliver the completed Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Colocation Services RFP.”


One 3/4 ton Pickup Truck (pdf, 93k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District is accepting bids pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the purchase of one  ¾ ton Pickup truck. Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product.

All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M., C.T., on February 17, 2017. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Darryl Wallace, Manager, Transportation & Security. 

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to dwallace@slcl.org and shunter@slcl.org  in accordance with this Invitation for Bid.

A bidder shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “3/4 ton extended length cargo vans.” 

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the March 20, 2017 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.


Two Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Model (pdf, 92k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District is accepting bids pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the purchase of two Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Model. Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product.

All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M., C.T., on March 1, 2016. 

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention Darryl Wallace, Manager, Transportation & Security. 

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to dwallace@slcl.org and marnhart@slcl.org  in accordance with this Invitation for Bid.

A bidder shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Dodge Grand Caravan.” 

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the March 21, 2016 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.


Signage Fabrication & Installation (pdf, 40k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for Signage Fabrication & Installation (the “Project”) at different locations of the Library District including the following: Bridgeton Trails, Daniel Boone, Florissant Valley, Grand Glaize, Meramec Valley, Mid-County, Thornhill, Eureka Hills, and Headquarters (each a “Library District Location” and collectively the “Library District Locations”). See the attached drawings, specifications, and instructions marked “Attachment A”. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project. Fabrication and installation of signs will be completed in phases beginning in 2017 and continuing through the completion of all specified projects, which is expected to extend through at least the end of 2019. The successful bidder will receive further direction from the Library District prior to fabricating the second phase of signs.

All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.T., on THURSDAY, MARCH 2, 2017.

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, Missouri, 63131, Attention: Eric Button, Deputy Director.

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to ebutton@slcl.org in accordance with this Invitation for Bid.

A bidder shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Signage Fabrication & Installation.” Bidders must bid on all Library District Locations for the Project.

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the March 20, 2017 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.


 
The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids/Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.
