St. Louis County Library Foundation, Left Bank Books, and the JCC of St. Louis are pleased to host a special event with #1 bestselling suspense author Ann Cleeves. Cleeves will be discussing her latest thriller “The Raging Storm: A Detective Matthew Venn Novel.” Ann Cleeves will be in conversation with Jane Henderson, Book Editor of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The event will take place on Tuesday, September 5, at 7:00 p.m. at the JCC’s Staenberg Family Center – Mirowitz Performing Arts Center, 2 Millstone Campus Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146.

The St. Louis County Library Foundation and the Novel Neighbor present popular thriller writer Alice Feeney for a discussion and signing of her latest novel, “Good Bad Girl.” The event will take place on Wednesday, August 30 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grant’s View Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 9700 Musick Rd., St. Louis MO, 63123.
The program is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at the event from The Novel Neighbor.

St. Louis County Library and Operation Food Search are teaming up to provide after school meals to children at 5 SLCL branches starting August 21, 2023. Participating branches will serve a healthy, light meal along with activities for kids and teens Monday–Friday during the school year. Meals must be eaten on-site and will be available free of charge for children ages 5-18.

The program is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at the event. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

St. Louis County Library Foundation presents an event with Bobby Bostic, author of “Humbled to the Dust: Still I Rise.” The event will take place on Monday, August 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Florissant Valley Branch, 195 New Florissant Rd. S., Florissant MO 63031. The program is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
