Curbside Service: 

Curbside service allows for contact-free pick-up of holds. Simply place holds on books, DVDs or any other library material by searching the catalog. Once your holds are ready, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions for picking up the holds at your chosen branch.

Picking Up Your Holds

  • Arrive at the branch and park in the designated Curbside spot.
  • Call 314-994-3300 and follow the phone menu path for Curbside. 
  • Library staff will ask you a few simple questions, prepare your items, and bring them to your car and place them in your trunk.
Branch History: 

The Meramec Valley Branch opened in May 2019. The branch’s previous location was the smallest in the Library District. The new Meramec Valley Branch is a full service library branch encompassing 21,000 square feet. The branch features a Discovery Zone for kids, an outdoor reading deck, private study rooms, a community meeting room and other amenities.
