Preschool Outreach (POP)
The Preschool Outreach Program (POP) encourages early literacy and delivers specially designed early childhood literacy kits to facilities on a regular schedule.
Caregivers can use these items to present story times and other learning experiences at their facilities. Home based facilities can receive library material through the mail on a regular schedule. We are also available to provide training to caregivers or to provide on-site programming for eligible providers.
This is a free service provided to child care facilities located within the St. Louis County Library District.
