The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (the “Library District”) requests the submission of responses for qualifications from qualified firms to provide Strategic Planning Services for St. Louis County Library District as described in this Request for Qualifications.
The deadline for submitting written requests for explanation or interpretation of the Request for Qualifications has been extended from 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17.
The deadline for submitting a Response has been extended from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24 to Friday, November 7.
Responders shall complete the Response as required in this Request for Qualifications deliver the completed Response by email only to Jennifer Gibson, jgibson@slcl.org. The email subject line should be “Request for Qualifications – Strategic Planning Services”.
