  • Addendum 02 includes updated drawings and specification relevant to the RFP published on December 8th, 2025. It also includes a Bidder Question Log, Narrative, and Index to track changes.
     

Addendum 01 Rev 01

  • Addendum 01_REV 01 is being issued to include Food Service Equipment Specification Section 11 4000. For convenience, this revision includes all files previously issued under Addendum 01. All previously issued files remain unchanged as part of this package.

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified businesses to provide general contractor services for: 

New Construction of the Chesterfield Branch Library Building (the “Project”).

All Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.T., on January 27, 2026. Please deliver the completed Proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposals by email only to Roberto Munster at rmunster@slcl.org, with copy to Ryan Stumpf at Stumpfr@theljc.com, Kelli Reeves at kreeves@slcl.org and Scott Kolath at scott.kolath@avisonyoung.com. The email subject line should be “Chesterfield Branch Building Construction RFP.”

An optional Outreach/Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled on December 16, 2025 at 10:30am at the Samuel Sachs Branch (16400 Burkhardt Place, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017). Proposers will be introduced to the project and will have the opportunity to review field conditions. Proposers are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project.

To preserve the integrity of the selection process, questions and procurement substitution request regarding this Request for Proposals should be emailed only to Ryan Stumpf at Stumpfr@theljc.com, with copy to Roberto Munster at rmunster@slcl.org, Kelli Reeves at kreeves@slcl.org and Scott Kolath at scott.kolath@avisonyoung.com. The email subject line should be “Chesterfield Branch Library Building Construction Inquiry”. The deadline for Questions and procurement substation requests is 1:00 pm C.T. January 14, 2026. Questions and procurement substitution requests will be answered in an addendum posted on the Library’s website (http://www.slcl.org/bid-opportunities) and at County Blue’s Planroom (http://www.countyblue.com).

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at Special Board Meeting held on February 9, 2026, meeting after deliberation by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.

The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.
