The following are current IFB, RFP, or RFQ proposals. The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids/Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.

 


Invitation For Bid

HVAC Upgrade - Lewis & Clark Branch
Date Issued: April 14, 2025

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses For the Upgrade and Repair of the HVAC System at the Lewis & Clark Branch. Please visit the Lewis & Clark Branch to take measurements and field conditions.

Please visit the Lewis and Clark Branch at 9909 Lewis and Clark Blvd on April 22, 2025 at 8:00 am for a pre-bid walkthrough to review existing conditions. Access to the mechanical spaces are restricted during normal business hours; this will be the sole opportunity to view the Site

See the attached drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions marked Attachment “Appendix A” for all engineered drawings, specifications, and demolition plans. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project.

All Bids are due no later than 11:00 A.M. C.T., on April 30, 2025.

Bidders shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Invitation for Bid – LC HVAC” to:

To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to Kelli Reeves at kreeves@slcl.org.

Where services are requested for multiple Library District Locations, Bidders must bid on all Library District Locations for the Project.

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the May 12, 2025 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director & CEO.

Boiler Replacement - Grand Glaize Branch

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses For the Boiler Replacement at Grand Glaize Library. Please visit the Grand Glaize Branch Location to take measurements and field conditions. 

Please visit the Grand Glaize at 101 Meramec Station Rd on April 21, 2025 at 8:00 am for a pre-bid walkthrough to review existing conditions. Access to the mechanical spaces are restricted during normal business hours; this will be the sole opportunity to view the Site

Request for Proposals

Advanced Budgeting Software
Date Issued: April 15, 2025

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified Proposers for providing advanced budgeting software that interfaces with Blackbaud’s Financial Edge NXT accounting software (the “Project”).

All Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.D.T., on May 15, 2025.

Proposers shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposals and deliver the completed Proposal by email only to Laura Taylor, ltaylor@slcl.org. The email subject line should be “Request for Proposals – Advanced Budgeting Software.”

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposals, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be emailed only to Laura Taylor at ltaylor@slcl.org in accordance with this Request for Proposals.

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the June 16, 2025 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director & CEO.
