The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified businesses to provide general contractor services for:
Demolition and New Construction of the Ladue Branch.

All Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.T., on June 2, 2022.

A non-mandatory Outreach/Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled at Library District’s Headquarters, East Room, at 1640 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131 on May 11, 2022 at 1:00pm. Please visit the site to verify field conditions. Proposers are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project.

To preserve the integrity of the selection process, questions regarding this Request for Proposals should be emailed only (no phone inquiries) to Ryan Stumpf at stumpfr@theljc.com, with copy to Steve Hunter at shunter@slcl.org, Kelli Reeves at kreeves@slcl.org, and Scott Kolath at scott.kolath@avisonyoung.com. The deadline for Questions is 1:00 pm C.T. May 24, 2022. Questions will be answered in an addendum posted on the Library’s website.

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at their regular June 21, 2022 meeting after deliberation by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.
