REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified businesses to provide off-duty St. Louis County Police Department officers for security at the Library District branches (the “Project”).

All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on January 25, 2018.

Please deliver the completed Proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposals to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri 63131, Attention: Eric Button, Deputy Director.

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposal, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be submitted per the directions in Section 6 under the “Proposal Requirements” listed in this document.

A proposer shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposals and deliver the completed Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Security Services RFP.”

Date and Time: January 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.

Bid Information and Location: Sealed bids are to be delivered to the Brinkmann Constructors Office at 16650 Chesterfield Grove Rd. Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO no later than the above stated bid date and time with attention to Steve Hunter, St. Louis County Library. INVITATION FOR BID

Ram Promaster 1500 Cargo Van High Roof (pdf, 97k)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District is accepting bids pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the purchase of two Ram Promaster 1500 Cargo Van High Roof. Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product.

All Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M., C.T., on March 05, 2018. Bids will be opened and read at a meeting available to the public. Location TBD.

Please deliver the completed Bid in accordance with this Invitation for Bid to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Darryl Wallace, Manager, Transportation & Security.

It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the March 19, 2018 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.

Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product.
