    Facilities Master Plan Phase 3 Architectural and Engineering Services and/or As-Needed Architectural and Engineering Services (pdf, 4.4MB)

    The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (the “Library District”) requests the submission of responses for qualifications from qualified firms to provide Facilities Master Plan Phase 3 Architectural and Engineering Services and/or As-Needed Architectural and Engineering Services to the Board of Trustees as described in this Request for Qualifications.

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this Request for Qualifications, the Library District anticipates awarding a single contract for the Facilities Master Plan Phase 3 Architectural and Engineering Services and separate contracts for As-Needed Architectural and Engineering Services. Responders shall submit responses providing professional services on all Phase 3 Projects identified in the RFQ. It shall be at the Library District’s sole discretion to negotiate and award one or multiple contracts for the Phase 3 Architectural and Engineering Services and for the As-Needed Architectural and Engineering Services. Multidiscipline firms may submit qualifications as both a Prime and as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Fire Protection, etc, Sub-consultant.

    Inquiries about this Request for Qualifications must be received prior to 3:00 p.m. C.T., on May 12, 2017.     Google G Suite and Vault Services (pdf, 263k)

    The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting Proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposal from qualified businesses for: Google G Suite and Vault Services (the “Project”),

    All Proposals are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on May 30, 2017.

    Please deliver the completed Proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposal to the Library District’s Headquarters at 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis Missouri, 63131, Attention: Gib Van Cleve, Assistant Director, ITS.

    To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposal, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be submitted per the directions in Section 6 under the “Proposal Requirements” listed in this document.

    A proposer shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposal and deliver the completed Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Google G Suite and Vault Services RFP.”


    The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids/Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.
