The following are current IFB, RFP, or RFQ proposals. The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids/Proposals and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District.


Request for Proposals
Manufacturing Services for Mobile Outreach Vehicles (PDF, 1.29 MB)
Date Issued: November 4, 2022

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District ("Library District") is accepting proposals ("Proposal" or "Proposals") pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified Proposers for providing Manufacturing Services for Mobile Outreach Vehicles (the "Project"). 

All Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. C.D.T., on December 8, 2022.

Proposers shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposals and deliver the completed Proposal by email only to Eric Button, ebutton@slcl.org. The email subject line should be "Request for Proposals -Manufacturing Services for Mobile Outreach Vehicles." 

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposals, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be emailed only to Eric Button at ebutton@slcl.org in accordance with this Request for Proposals. 

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District's Board of Trustees at the December 19, 2022 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director.


Invitation for Bid
Fabrication and Installation of a New Service Desk at the Grant’s View Branch (PDF)

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the Fabrication and Installation of a New Service Desk at the Grant’s View Branch (the “Project”).

Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product. Please visit the Grant’s View Branch at 9700 Musick Road to verify conditions and take field measurements as necessary.

All Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM, C.T., on Tuesday December 13, 2022.

Bidders shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Invitation for Bid – GV Desk” to:

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the Fabrication and Installation of Shelving Canopies (Ends and Tops) at the Natural Bridge Branch (the “Project”).

Bidders are responsible for examination of all documents, specifications, schedules and instructions for the product. Please visit the Natural Bridge Branch at 7606 Natural Bridge Road to verify conditions and take field measurements as necessary.

All Bids are due no later than 4:00 PM, C.T., on Wednesday December 13, 2022.

Bidders shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid in a sealed envelope marked “Invitation for Bid – NB Shelving Canopies” to:
