Small Business Launchpad Application
Apply May 1-June 26 to be considered for this program!
The Small Business Launchpad is an 8-week entrepreneurship program designed for formerly incarcerated individuals who are interested in starting or growing a small business. This program supports aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners with prior state or federal convictions as they learn the fundamentals of launching and operating a business.
Through expert-led workshops and presentations, participants will build practical business skills and receive program materials provided by SLCL.
Program Details
- Thursdays, August 6-September 24, 2026
- Evenings from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Small Business Center, Clark Family Branch
At the conclusion of the program, participants will pitch their business ideas for an opportunity to receive startup funding.

To be considered for this program, you must answer all questions fully. Applications will be open until Friday, June 26. Participants will be contacted in July to conduct a brief interview and meet virtually.
