The North County Justice Project

St. Louis County Library is partnering with St. Louis Survivors Legal Support to provide free legal services to survivors seeking protection from intimate partner violence at two SLCL branches. Starting May 18, SLSLS will establish a weekly presence from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Mondays at the Lewis & Clark Branch, and Tuesdays at the Natural Bridge Branch to help survivors of intimate partner violence file petitions for Orders of Protection.

Play Day in the Park

Kick-off your summer at Play Day in the Park on Saturday, May 30 from 9:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Forest Park Visitor Center! This free family event promises a day full of play, learning and laughter. Bring the kids and sign up for STL Summer Adventure and take home a free book.

Dignity on Wheels

The Dignity on Wheels mobile shower unit, operated by inExcelsis, will be at the Rock Road and Natural Bridge branches starting in May. Free showers, along with towels, shampoo and body wash will be provided. Arrangements can be made for free transportation from other SLCL locations to utilize this service.

Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month May 2026

St. Louis County Library will celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May. We have programs scheduled for all ages including scavenger hunts, book and film discussions, cooking demonstrations, art programs, and more!
