Coding 101
Coding 101 is a four-week workshop that teaches kids ages 10-14 basic programming skills. Upon graduation, students receive a Chromebook and a t-shirt. In order to be eligible to earn a free computer, participants must attend every class. Participants will be chosen by lottery. Entries accepted August 12-19, 2024.

Explorer Camps
St. Louis County Library will host free, week-long summer camps for young people ages 12-17. The Explorer Camps will take place at the Clark Family Branch. Free transportation and lunch will be provided. Participants will be chosen by lottery as space is limited. Applications will be accepted March 10-23.

Internship Opportunity
Students ages 16-18, who are residents of St. Louis County Library District, are invited to apply for the Sidney Johnson Summer Internship at St. Louis County Library. This paid, 10-week summer internship will provide the student with a behind the scenes look at library operations. By the end of the summer, the intern will understand the scope of library work and be able to identify how their interests and skills match that work. Applications accepted March 1-31, 2025.
