Meet under the supervision of a walking leader trained according to guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. Each walk begins with a discussion related to exercise followed by stretching and strengthening, a walk and a cool down. This low-impact walk is designed for seniors of all fitness levels.

Learn about his inspiring (and exhausting!) resolution to paint a positive image of black fatherhood each day for an entire year, and explore his most recent artworks. The Kranzberg High Noon Speakers Series features guest speakers from across the arts, culture and thought leadership landscape. Guests are invited to bring their lunch.
